Ingredients:

  • Pan Sausage
  • 1 refrigerated can of crescent rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2 c. shredded mozzarrella cheese

 

Directions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 350
  • Grease bottom of 9x11 dish
  • Brown pan sausage
  • Press 1 refrigerated can of crescent rolls in dish
  • Scramble together, in a bowl ,6 large eggs mixed with 1/4 cup of milk (pour this on top of rolls)
  • Add in pan sausage
  • Top with 2 cups of shredded mozzarrella cheese
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes
