Crab Quiche PDF Print E-mail

This easy crab quiche forms it's own crust.

1-1/2 cups Mushrooms, sliced

2 Tablespoons butter

4 eggs or egg substitute

1 cup light sour cream

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

4 drops hot pepper sauce

1/2 cup crab meat

2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sauté mushrooms in butter. Combine eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, flour, and seasonings in blender. Add mushrooms, crab and grated cheese to egg mixture. Pour into a pie pan and bake 45 minutes until set.
