Filling

3 C             Canned Fruit (w/Juice): Peach, Berry, Apple, ???

2/3 C         Sugar-Amount varies depending on fruit sweetness

1 Tbl         Flour or one beaten egg

Cook until slightly thickened, pour into 1 Qt casserole

Topping

1 tsp        Baking Powder

½ C          Flour

¾ C          Sugar

1               Egg

½ C          Milk



Combine, pour over hot filling.  Bake @ 425 for 30 Min.
