INGREDIENTS
2 8oz pks cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs

TOPPING
1 cup sour cream
5 tbs sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 can cherry, blueberry or strawberry pie filling

METHOD:

cream 3/4 cup sugar, 3 eggs, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth.  Bake in an ungreased glass pie pan for 25 minutes in a 400 degree oven.  Remove after time is up.

Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla and spread on top of cheesecake.  Return to oven for another 10 minutes.

Cool in fridge.  Top with pie filling.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.
