5-7 plums, sliced and tossed in sugar and cinnamon
1 stick butter (8Tbsp)
1 cup sugar (125g)
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour (250g)
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Mix very well. This will be a very thick dough so a handmixer is helpful. Grease and flour a cookie sheet. Press dough onto cookie sheet to about half inch thick. Press sugared plums into dough.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until done.
