Fish with Curry & Bananas

Serve with salad and couscous w/apricots & walnuts added

4 Fish Fillets

2 tsp Curry Paste

1 Tbl Brown Sugar

2 Limes-Juiced

1 ½ C Coconut Cream

3 Bananas-Sliced long and thin

Mix curry and sugar together, coat fish and sauté in butter. Add lime juice and coconut cream. Remove fish and arrange on platter. Add bananas to pan, warm and pour over fish.
