Chicken Sausages in Sweet Curry (delicious)

8 chicken sausages

1 small red onion

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp garam marsala

2 x 400 tins Indian spiced tomatoes

½ cup cream

2 TBSP butter

2 TBSP chopped coriander

cashew nuts to garnish

1. heat oil/ half cook sausages
2. add onion 1-2 minutes until tender
3. stir in garlic & garam marsala, cook 1-2 minutes stirring
4. add tomatoes & simmer until reduced by half
5. slice sausages thickly & add
6. cook over low heat for 8 mins
7. stir in cream, butter & coriander
8. serve with favorite veggies, beans.... good
