1/2 cup warm (105 degree) water
1/2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 Tbs oil
Mix water and yeast and let stand 5 min. Add salt and 1/2 the flour and beat for 5 min. Add remaining flour and kneed for 5 min, adding flour as needed.
Let rise to double in size, or 1 hour.
Oil small sheet and sprinkle with cornmeal. Divide dough in half and roll each to fit your pan. Pierce with a fork.
Hint. I use an inverted cake pan that I purchased to fit my grill.
