Pan Pizza dough for grill or stove top 3/4 cup warm (105 degree) water 1 tsp yeast let stand a few minutes add 1 Tbs Powdered Milk 1 cup flour mix and let rise till it collapses add another cup of flour and kneed a few minutes adding flour as needed. Pat dough into shape of your pan. Oil your pan a sprinkle with a generous amount of cornmeal. Place dough in pan and make your pizza! This comes out well on the grill, but also on the stovetop using a large skillet and a flame tamer! |
