15 Jumbo Shells, cooked 1 pound Ground Beef 1/2 cup each Chopped Onion and Green Pepper 12 oz Salsa 8 oz Tomato Sauce 4 oz Green Chilies 1/2 cup water 8 oz Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese Opt: 1/2 can Durkee Onion Rings Mix salsa, chilies, tom sauce and water. Cook beef with onion and green pepper. Add 1/2 cup of sauce mix and 1/2 of the cheese. Pour 1/2 of remaining sauce into 8x12 pan. Stuff shells with meat mixture and top with remaining sauce, cheese and optional onion rings. Bake 25 min at 350 degrees. |
