White Wine Sangria

One bottle of white Zinfandel Wine (750-ml)

½ Cup Peach Schnapps

2 Tablespoons Orange Liquor

2 Tablespoons Sugar

1 Lemon, Sliced

1 Orange, Sliced

1 Peach, Cut into wedges

10-ounce bottle of Club Soda

Mix everything but the club soda in a tall pitcher and refrigerate for at least one hour. Mix in club soda. Serve over ice.

Inexpensive Salad Dressing

If you want to save money, make your own salad dressings by using the vinegar from all kinds of cucumber pickles. The sugar and spices are already in the vinegar for free. Just add oil and have a delicious dressing in seconds. If you're on a diet use plain, without oil. For a change, add fresh garlic or roquefort cheese.
