1.) Pour a Guinness (black beer) into a chilled stein 2.) Grab a spoon and CAREFULLY pour a Bass or Harp(tan beer) over the spoon and on top of the Guinness. If all goes well the Bass will “sit” on top of the Guinness hence the name black and tan. May take a little practice... |
