Ingredients:

1 teaspoon Nescafe - substitutions on brand may have less than desirable results
fat free or low fat milk to taste.  powdered milk works great

1/4 to 3/4 cup cold H2O (water).
1/4 cup water will be sufficient to frappe the Nescafe powder
adjust water amount with quantity of milk to produce about a cup of liquid

crushed or cubed ice

sugar if desired

Equipment:

either a hand held food processor such as a Braun, or a blender, or one of those nearly worthless mini-blenders
hand held device requires a sufficiently deep mixing container to prevent spatter all over the galley walls

Preparation:

Frappe up the Nescafe, sugar, and the water.  Gently mix in the milk (it will reduce the bubbles so mix softly).

The higher the fat content of the milk, the more the bubbles will be reduced.

Pour over ice into your favorite drinking glass.

Enjoy
