Smoothies

In blender combine:  (Ingredients per serving)

1 C             Non Fat Yogurt

½ C            Natural Fruit Juice-Any Flavor

1 tsp           Vanilla

Any canned or fresh fruit-Cut into pieces

Cinnamon and/or Nutmeg to taste

4-6 Ice Cubes

Add 1 scoop Protein Powder if desired.

Blend until smooth:  Serve…..
