Egg’s on an Island

Kids love these!!!

Butter slice of bread. Cut out hole in center large enough for an egg (Wine glass is usually good size). Save the piece. Place bread in hot skillet, break egg into hole. Season with salt and pepper. Place cut out pieces in pan to cook. Turn when done to cook other side. Put slice of cheese or tomato on top of egg or sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
