2 tsp yeast 3/4 cup warm water 1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp thyme 1 tsp oregano or basil 1 tsp salt 1 3/4 cup flour Dissolve yeast in warm water, add remaining ingredients. Kneed 3 to 5 minutes, Place in oiled bowl and rise to double in size. Divide into 4 sections and roll flat. Cook 1-2 minutes per side on griddle without oil. |
