1 pkg frozen Won Ton skins
Cooked Pork Roast - finely chopped
Raw Shrimp - cooked - finely chopped
Green Onions and Water Chestnuts, - chopped fine
Salt, Pepper, Accent, and Soy Sauce - to taste

Adjust the ingredient ratio for the Won Ton filling to suit your personal preferences.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except Won Ton skins. Put a teaspoonful of the mixture on a Won Ton skin and fold like a diaper. Brush edges of skin with cold water to help stick. Deep fry in very hot oil for a minute or two until crisp. Drain well. Serve. Can be frozen before frying.
