1 large can tomatoes
1 clove garlic  
8 fresh jalapenos
1/2 large onion
Salt
Black Pepper
Cilantro

You can put everything in a blender and blend to a medium consistency or chop everything very fine by hand, and still get a medium consistency. Don’t forget to add the salt, black pepper, and cilantro to taste.

Salsa is personal. It’s a matter of taste and individual preference, so I strongly suggest that you re-think the 8 jalapenos. Maybe start with 3 or 4, and work up from there.
