1  8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 to 6 - chopped green onions
2 stalks celery- chopped (or sprinkle Celery Seeds
to taste)
1 small can (or bits and pieces) tiny shrimp

Let cream cheese soften and blend with the mayonnaise. Add onions and celery, and mix together with fork. Drain and rinse shrimp, add to cream cheese mixture and refrigerate.
