Written by solitaire

This sauce is easily assembled with provisions on hand.  It tastes great for dipping slices of sausage and is handy for Happy Hours.

1/4 Cup of Dry Mustard

2 Tablespoons Sugar

1/8 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Cup Cider vinegar

1 each Egg

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

In a small saucepan, combine mustard, sugar, salt, vinegar, and egg. Blend well.

Cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.

Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in mayonnaise. Store any leftover sauce in the refrigerator.
