|Double Chocolate Raspberry Brownies|

1 10.25 oz. pouch of fudge brownie mix
1/3 cup chocolate chips
¼ cup dried raspberries
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons boiling water
1 teaspoon left over strong coffee
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Soak raspberries in boiling water. When soft, about 5 minutes, add coffee.
In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, oil, water/coffee/raspberries, and egg with spoon about 50 times.
Spread in brownie pan or square casserole. Sprinkle chocolate chips uniformly over top of unbaked batter.
Bake 28 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean.
Cool before cutting into serving pieces.
NOTE: dried cherries can be used instead of the raspberries.
