1 or 2 sirloin steaks
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon garlic salt
pepper to taste

In thick skillet melt margarine and sear steak on both sides. Add lemon juice, pepper, and garlic salt while cooking. The desired doness determines the time required in cooking. 10 to 15 minutes is well done.
