preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit
oil bottom and sides of glass cooking pan

mix in large bowl:
2 cups white flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon large grained salt

Mix well in another bowl
1 egg
1/2 cup Feta cheese
1 cup cold, spoiled, salted butter
1/2 cup spoiled milk


Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the wet ingredients.  Mix gently. add another 1/2 cup milk if necessary. Spread on heavily floured surface and knead slightly.  cut out biscuits in 3" diameter circles, about 1" thick.  Place in glass oven dish.

cook in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
