This one is easy! Just chop up a variety of veggies and meat (leftovers work well). Add all ingredients to an oven safe non-stick frying pan. You can also use an 8x8 square or round baking dish if you spray it with non-stick. Whip up 4-5 eggs and pour over the meats and veggies. Bake at 450° for about half an hour. Keep an eye on it. When it gets puffy it's ready. |
