Ingredients (all items can be brought on board and stored without refrigeration) Does need to be chilled befor serving - has worked well just in the icebox. 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 (3 ounce) package instant pistachio pudding mix 8 ox of whipped topping (dream whip) or cool whip (if you have access to store) 5 1/4 ounces miniature marshmallows 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional) 1 jar marichino cherries Directions 1 In a large bowl, combine the pineapple and dry pistachio pudding mix. 2 Fold in whipped topping, marshmallows and optional nuts until well mixed. 3 Cool until chilled and serve. |
