Add spices. Pour in tomato paste and stewed tomatoes. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until meat is tender. Serve over egg noodles, potatoes or enjoy by itself. You can also add broth if you want to stretch it for more people or make it more soup-like. |
