 Sudden invite to a potluck? This pasta salad is fast and easy! Boil up some pasta such as bowtie or elbow. While the pasta is boiling chop up any veggies you have on hand. Canned will do. Use lots of different colors if you can. Drain pasta. Put pasta into a bowl and toss pasta and veggies with vinegar based salad dressing such as raspberry vinaigrette. Some ideas for ingredients: cucumber red onion broccoli bell pepper olives carrots celery feta cheese green beans cherry tomatoes |
