Football season is here, whether it be high school, college, or my favorite, NFL and the holidays are approaching fast.  With that in mind, here is a great, super easy, recipe to try.  Whether you are tailgating, having friends over to watch a big game, or needing an appetizer for the holidays, this will score a touchdown!

Game Day Chicken Spread

8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 (12 oz.) can white chicken breast, drained
1 c. green onion, chopped
1/4 c. green olives, chopped
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

In a small bowl, mix everything together.  Chill covered for at least 30 minutes.  Serve with crackers, or veggies.  Serves 6-8.  Now that's hittin' the "Easy" button for sure!

I took this to one of the many potlucks we have at the harbor, and it disappeared in 5 minutes flat.
