Sun-dried Tomato Bisque

1 large can diced tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 onion - chopped
2 cloves garlic - minced
1/2 jar sun-dried tomato pesto
salt and pepper to taste
sugar - 4 pinches
1/2 - 3/4 cup fat-free half & half
bleu cheese crumbles - garnish

In a large saucepan, saute onion & garlic in small amount of butter until soft
Add tomatoes, sauce, and tomato pesto, salt & pepper, and sugar 
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Put in blender (or use hand blender in pan) until smooth
Return mixture to pan, add half & half.  Serve hot with crumbled bleu cheese as garnish.
